do Marans mature late or early?

How many months before I start seeing eggs in the nesting box?

They're really good at maturing - You should see eggs in the nest boxes by 5 months.

One person even got them at 4 months,

and some others got them at 6 months, no later.

Even for meat, the roos get HUGE fast.

I know that's were you got yours from, and your eggs are breathtaking! So i'm hoping to get eggs as pretty as yours are!
