Do my birds have enough feathers?

Hello I have 12 chicks that are around 4 weeks old. I weaned and turned off the heat lamp. They still huddle together at night indoors but a few choose to not huddle .

Do they look ready to be outside ?

Outside in what weather?

They're pretty well-feathered so if your temperatures are moderate I'd certainly start acclimating them.

I've had chicks at about that stage down around 50F with no heat, but I raise them in an outdoor brooder so they start acclimating from the beginning.

They will be in Florida weather . Should start warming up a bit more at night .

They'll be fine. Just make sure that they will be dry and out of the wind.
