Do my chickens have a disease?

One if my chickens I've had for almost 6 months. She has only ever had use of one leg. The last week or 2 she has grown a rather large lump on the top side of her head.

I have also just noticed she has 2 wart like things on her face as well.

After checking out the rest of the flock one of my 6 week old chicks also has some wart like things on it.

What is this? What can I do about it?

What is this? What can I do about it?

It is really hard to tell from picture. Could they possibly be infected wounds,from being pecked? Have you tried to clean them?
