I would definitely started weaning off heat! Watch their behavior, if they arent huddling together constantly they are good. At 3 weeks our chicks were off heat completely during the day (it was 80s) and then I would turn the heat lamp on at night, with it raised up very high, just enough to bring things up to about 80. 4 weeks off heat completely. It's so nice once they are off heat!
