Do need a heat lamp

I just bought 4 new baby chicks today that are about 1 week old. Maybe 2. I have them in my garage with fans blowing for air circulation. Do I need a heat lamp on them. It’s about 96 degrees outside here in MO. So garage is going to be warm too. What should I do?

Maybe at night, they don't need fans.

Air circulation is a good thing, but drafts are not chick-friendly.
I've never used one for chicks.
