you have a hen, as Sands said, the toms will strut all day.
Also your pic is a hen plain and simple.
It's a broody /protective thing most likely.
Though I have poult every year strut just as soon as they are walking good, it's kind of funny to watch the little guys do it!
Also, the toms and hens will do each others voice too, except for the gobble, in other words, toms will cluck and purr, and yelp just like a hen
