Do people breed buttons for small size?

The title says it all.
Coturnix and bobwhites are bred to be big. Do people specifically breed buttons to be small? If not, why not?
I had two babies in my hatch that are considerably smaller than the others. I am wondering if these are the ones that are best for breeding with to get smaller buttons.

I've found that in the end most of the buttons end up even as adults as to size. I have had a few that fall out of the norm but it's very unusual. I've been breeding BQs for a few years now with many generations

I try to breed for health, vigor and ability to incubate and raise thier own babies as well as colors
