I have read that girls feather faster then boys when it comes to the heavy breeds.

About what age do pullets begin to get their tail feathers? Does it differ by breed?

My chicks that I believe are roos have been slow in getting their feathers too.

It will be interesting to see if those are the roos or not. For those of us who are hoping for pullets, we will just keep crossing our fingers!
