Wow! Thats too bad, we have met a few nasty roos, but we have also had a whole slew of nice ones. Our current resident roo, 'Chester' is the star attraction, he loves to eat out of peoples hands, and is very dainty. when he finds a hand full of food he starts making these distinctive happy little clucks that all the ladies have learned, and they coming running over hill and dale to find out what he's got! Tho we didnt raise him, and he doesnt sit in our laps like the others, he has let me handle him to medicate him(when he got very sick once) and I have watched him have the treats stolen right out of his beak on a daily basis, and he never squawks about it! I am told breed has a lot to do with it, as well as chance!
We got him when he was almost a year old, and I can't imagine who raised him, or was willing to part with him. What a Champion!
