Do roosters sing the happy hen alls right with the world song?
I've got a 6 month old that I would swear is a cockeral and I've heard him sing the Happy Hen Song recently. I planned on putting him in the freezed, but not if he is a hen. He is a frizzled Cuckoo Maran/Barred Rock cross so it is difficult to see pointy feathers, but he looks like he has pointy saddle feathers. None of my 6 month old roos are crowing yet, I think the adult roos intimidate them.

I hate to say this, figuring I'm sentenciing the guy to death, but yes roosters sing the egg song.
I can't tell for sure on your bird, but I think I see pointed saddle feathers too.

I would give it a little more time before deciding what it is. The comb and waddles look mighty small to me for it to be a 6mo old cockerel.
