Do shingle back lizards eat eggs?

His were quite quick, they were huge too! I think they lived for 15-20 years or something. I couldn't believe how long he had them. I have a bearded dragon and he's so friendly, it's actually that same friend who convinced me to get a beardie.

I think that the lizard you have in that pic would crack the shell of the eggs and eat the insides.
