Do Silkies lay in the winter?

I am just starting with silkies and was wondering if they lay much in the winter. My cochins stop usually and the americauna usually lays through the winter. So what can I expect from my silkies?

Mine do, just not as many. It may depend on how cold your winters get & how many hours of light they get during the day.
