Yep. Definitely poop. Lol. Chickens leave all sorts of weird different types of feces everyday. So little dry plops, some watery blowouts, some pudding piles. All normal. The only time to really worry is if you see blood in it or is a really strange color, but yellow and white, green and white al shades basically normal
The chances of chickens having worms the way mammals get worms is so very very slight. I have never wormed a chicken. Nor will I. Can't think about them like dogs or cats. For one if your chickens have enough worms that it is an issue then something is wrong with your chickens to begin with. Because their systems are designed to handle things like that. Nature and all that jazz. So a chicken that doesn't already have some debilitating internal issues will never have to be wormed. They aren't like dogs or goats. They are birds and not mammals.
