Do these look like red mites on the door?

I saw red dots all over the chicken coop door. They're not moving though, even when I squished one.

It's hard to tell.
I think they usually clump together more.

But if it's some type of bug, for me, I'd spray the wood with a Permethrin based poultry spray.

I had sprayed that door with permethrin a few weeks ago so maybe dead red mites? I washed the door with warm soap and water and sprayed it with Elector PSP just in case since I had some I already made today.

one thing you can o is run your han across the roost bars, i you have re streaks on your han. You have Re mites
