Do These (wild) Duck eggs Look Hatched or Eaten?

I found a wild duck nest full of eggs, checked again in a few weeks and they were like this

I’m not sure if they hatched? I haven’t seen the ducklings.
Do they look like a predator got them?

That’s sad. There was 2 nests and I wonder if they were eaten to.
