For those of you who haven't tried it.... You *must* try Jim Butcher's Dresden Files. It kicked everything else out of it's way and became my favorite series.

Agreed! I've been reading the series back-to-back (I just started Dead Beat) and have been enjoying them immensely.
I see it was / is a series on the SciFi channel? Whowhowho plays Harry?
The difference in vampires (Black Court, Red Court, White Court) is interesting.
