Do we have Leg Mites? (PICS)

4 different hens in these pics, we got them from someone about a month ago and didnt know enough to notice that the scales on their legs looked a little off.

3 of them have a few feathers on their legs, is it normal to have raised scales if they have feathering?

It looks like scaly leg, its when mites live under the scales on the chickens foot and causes them to stick up.
I'm not a complete expert but thats what it looks like.

They dont seem to be unbalanced or favoring their legs. they run around normal and jump up to the roost (4ft) no problem.

Yes, that is leg mites, but all you have to do is dip their legs in vegtable oil once a day for 5-7 days and it will kill the mites and their legs will go back to normal in less that a month.
