Do you eat Turkey eggs?

Have 'em scrambled! You can mix them with chicken eggs if you're nervous, but really they're great. The yolk is thicker so it doesn't want to mix as well and kind of sticks to the fork ( or whatever you beat it with). But the flavor is rich and satisfying!
