Do you ever get those strange looks........

When you say to a lady who wants to come and vist when the chooks come, with her kitties.
"No, your cat's are not commin' near my chickens at all when they arrive."
And she answers: "The kitkats will do no harm to you babes." Then your DM comes to the rescue and say's
"Sorry, Ansie cats or no cats they don't come near my childs' babies."

A lady really wants to see my birds* (Parakeets) and would like to come and see my chooks when they arrive one day.
Can't she leave her kittys at home?


*I don't have any chickens at present, just Lovebirds and Parakeets

I sure don't understand why she would want to bring her kitties. I guess tell her it's just not a good combination and you just don't want anything to happen, all this with a kind but firm voice.

Well- my cats never bothered my birds- even the baby chicks. I just think it's odd that someone brings their cats with them places.

I dont get it either, why would she want to bring her cats along when she is coming to look at birds?
