Do you ever turn humidity up past 65???

I was wondering if you ever turn the humidity up past 65? I have 4 out of 11 ducks out, but some that pipped yesterday and not doing much. I took the hatched ducks out this morning. I'm hoping I didn't make a big mistake... Maybe the ones left are just slow pippers. I can see some movement in there. I candle through the top of the incubator without opening.

I do. In my still air I like humidity for ducks around 68-70%. In my forced air I like it around 75% and it goes higher when they start hatching. This is for hatching.
