Do you get rid of a plucker?

We have six hens. One of them is an Appenzeller Spitzhauben and she's the only one of the bunch who's back or head isn't plucked. Is there any way to break get of this or should we cull her? Thanks!

I'd get rid of her. I could not stand to see all of the chickens naked like that.
