Do you have problems with Delawares/white birds in with other colors?

I would recommend putting peepers on your pickers. I recently ordered some "pinless peepers" from National Band & Tag for my two feather plucking girls and it solved the problem while allowing them to remain integrated with the rest of the flock. I just couldn't stomach the idea of de-beaking them for it, or culling them. In the spring when the snow is gone and they're out ranging on their grassy hillside instead of being confined to the covered run, I'll take the peepers off and hope they've forgotten about the picking.
