Do you know what breed these are?

They are 3 weeks old.
Can anyone tell me what breed.
I want to say the spotted one is Barred Rock, but no sure.
The black one with white under its neck - I do not have a clue.

The first one could be a Barred Rock or a Dominique (what type of comb does it have?). The second one could be a Black Australorp.
