Im less than a day old and my master got eggs from a friend who has a variety of chickens in her yard. No one knows for sure what kind of chicken I am....do you?

I am a swirl of white and buff colored down, yellow clean legs.

Here I am from font and top.

    I'm guessing Leghorn or mutt.

Yeah, my camera is not that great at close-ups
I dont think that she has any leghorns but most certainly could be a mutt of some type.
    Thanks for your guess.

Gosh, wow, it would be really, really hard to know how to guess at this young an age and without the possible breeds listed. If the picture was clearer and we could see things like the comb type, it might help rule out the breeds that she/he probably isn't...... but...... any guess right now is a shot in the dark. Absolutely ADORABLE though!!!! [IMG]

I know she has Faverolles and the coloring reminds me of that chick type. I checked hopefully for that fifth toe, but none [IMG]
I also know she has EEs and Orpingtons, but wouldnt those babies tend to be darker in color? I think her Orpingtons are only the black ones, not sure if she has any buffs.
Could they be buff Orpintons chicks? Ive never seen what they look like.

Ok, great. Well I sent her a message with the pictures attached. Im sure she will be able to shine light on this issue. I have a yard full of dark and gray hens, it will be really nice to have some light colored hens too.

My guess would be Buff Orpington if she has those.
