Yeah, when I run alone I just run up and down the driveway with our dog (one trip down and back is .4 miles) because I don't feel safe running on the road.

There is a guy in town here who "poles" his wheelchair for exercise - he can really cruise and is in excellent shape. His friends run or rollerblade to keep up. Would that be an option for you?

I like to exercise; I go to Zumba once or twice a week and play Dance Dance Revolution on my kids' PlayStation 2. I would go to Zumba every day if I had the time and money!
