I have to go to TSC to pick up some pine shavings and dog food. I know the chicks are still there. If I see 'em, I'll want 'em. Just a couple. My question is, does everyone quarantine new chicks every time you bring them home? I have 23 three week old chicks from TSC that all look healthy and are doing great. I don't want to take any chances, but I don't know if it's really necessary. Wonder what everyone else does? If you do, for how long? That's one thing I didn't think of for my coop. It's just one big room, no place to put new chicks to quarentine. Maybe in my big round garden tub! I'm a shower person so it only gets used to bathe the dogs.
