Do you report egg/poultry sales as income on your taxes?

The best thing is to try and stay square with Uncle Sam. The best way to beat the tax man is to keep good records. My partners and I are all CPA's certified in forensic accounting and we specialize in farms, mostly cattle, goats and large poultry houses. We do audits and lots of em particularly over the last couple years. I have NEVER lost an audit with a client that kept good records and was honest with me, EVER! But when somebody comes in and their position is chocked full of lies and misrepresentations they sometime don't fare too well. I've never had an IRS foreclosure but it's come pretty dang close. We do returns from all over the world for people working overseas, we have probably a dozen pro football players, baseball and basketball. Anyway I've tooted my horn enough here. Good luck and God Bless.
