Girls(?) are 71/2 weeks old and I am seeing some red. Want Opinions

BR's are 100% pullets, I don't have experience with the other breeds, but all look to also be pullets.

Your BRs definitely look like pullets. The roos would be a lighter color.

I am going to agree with the others and say that you have all pullets. I am really convinced with your buff Brahmas. I have a light Brahma chick that is definitely a roo and younger than yours. His comb is much bigger than your girls.
