Go to the bank and tell them the card is lost and you need a new one issued. If you go in person, you can get a new one right away.

Go to the store and buy a visa or mastercard debit card. Put on the money that you want to have on it and then there's a $3-4 charge to activiate it. This should do you.

If this is a credit card though there would be no account at the bank. That's why I asked if it was. When I was 18 I got stuck at a gas station once even with a bank across the street because my amazon credit card got blocked and I had no other way to pay for things.

I gave money I made to my mom and she sent in a check to the credit card company and that's how I really started paying for stuff myself. Now if this was a debit card or you have a checking or savings account in your name you can withdraw without any card. You might need some ID but nothing other than that. Where do you put any cash you make if you are paying for your own credit card? There was a time few people had cards and there are still people that live without cards... You can get money out without one so long as you have an account somewhere. Do you have any checks? Mine were usually buried in a drawer in my mom's office until I went from an apartment to my own house because I used them so rarely and lost them so frequently.

Some feedstores do take credit cards over the phone. If you have more than one around you could ask another. Orcheln's here does not and they don't have an atm or accept atm cards so when I forgot my credit card at home I had to shove my cart off to the side and drive a few blocks away to an atm and come back. Paul's does though and another time I ran out the door real quick and left everything at home including my license so I had to call my mom and have her give them one of her cards over the phone in order to buy food for all the pets.

i fed my babies their last bit of food today and i decided to call my uncle usually he doesnt answer or isnt home and i finally got a hold of him and he got me 25 pounds of grower and i couldnt be happier thanks everyone for the help
