Do you sometimes wear PJs to tend your flock?

Backstory, my coworkers and I are dressing up as farmers for Halloween. We work in a nursing facility of a very rural state where most people were at least raised on farms, we thought it would be fun for our residents. One coworker doesn't own any "farmer" clothes so I suggested pajama pants tucked into muck boots and an apron. Her husband thinks it's stupid but I said it's legit, I do it all the time.
So... Do you or have you gone out to tend your flock in your PJs?

I've been known to feed them in my undershorts, but don't think I would wear that outfit to the nursing facility. Coveralls are a recognizable 'farmer' outfit.

By "PJs" if you're not talking about old school Long John's with a back flap I'll agree with her husband.

I'm not a farmer, but have a flock in a fenced backyard, that affords me the privacy to go out in my yard in my jammies to let the girls out, early before I start my day. I'm with sourland, jeans or coveralls say "farmer" better.

Yup. Throw on my sweat pants, put on my chicken S--- shoes, and I can be out there 3 minutes after I get out of bed.
