Do you think she would be hurt?

Hello, we have a little door attached to our coop that has a chain to keep it up and shut. And one day, my mom let our chickens out, and one of my ISA Browns got her toe stuck in the chain. She was hanging from the chain upside down. My mom was close by, and lifted my ISA Brown back up. She didn't know which chicken it was, could there be any signs that I may be able to see to give me a clue if she's hurt?

If u see one of them hoping on one leg or not using one of her feet that would be a good indicator. If all of them are walking normal than shes probably ok
