Do you think they're ok !!!!!!

i just finished day one of incubating silkies and the surface temp of my eggs ( still air incubator) has been staple 102 degrees which i think if far too high, i just noticed it reached 104!!! help do you think they are ok

102 for the egg hieght is alright I have heard people say 101 and people say 102 so hopefully experts will chime in on exactly . 104 is to high but, as long as they werent that temp for a long period of time they should be perfectly ok.
