Do you think this old peacock coop is worth saving for chickens?

The back wall is fiberglass for great light. I’m worried it’s too far gone. My husband wants to tear it down. I see the potential. It has a concrete foundation. I already have a great coop and covered run but my chicken math is getting out of hand. Lol. Plus I want to raise pullets to sell or more eggs.

If the wall studs and rafters are solid I would be trying to save it as well. Siding is rather degraded......is there water damage?

I see no reason to demo it. Maybe some new siding, and that's it. Not sure what condition the roof is in.

The roof looks decent. The siding it trashed. It’s chewed up, water damaged, and rotted.

The siding is very water damaged. Looks like there might a small drainage issue on one side but the floor is dirt so it soaks in fast

Other than new siding and a crop door what should I add or change?

So....15 sheets of siding....

I would be cutting that branch above the roof. No need to let it rub a hole through as the breeze blows.

If leaving the dirt floor as dirt I would add an anti dig apron.

OH and birds ....yes add those.

Looks like there might a small drainage issue on one side but the floor is dirt so it soaks in fast

Meaning it floods?
Where is the water coming in?
Might be good to spend some time inside during a downpour to see where water is getting in.
Check framing near any leakage points.
