Do your Broody hens take turns?

I have had a broody hen for 2 weeks and her, my maran, and my Easter egger are now taking turns swapping whose sitting on the eggs through the day

It happens sometimes and frequently results in hens squabbling over the eggs which can result in lowered % hatch rate.

I've never had them take turns. That doesn't sound like dedicated broodiness.
I have had multiple hens try to set on the same nest full time. Ya that doesn't usually work out so well.

I’m putting them in my highschool incubator Monday and giving them some chicks that I incubated

I will I make sure the eggs are always warm and sit with them until a hen comes back and then I lock the crate
