We just picked up 3 lambs that are between 2 and 3 months old. The tails are not docked and the one male is not castrated. We are debating on whether we need to dock the tails now or if it's too late to do it. We haven't decided if we want to keep the male intact or not. Any insight?

They should be just fine if you dock them now. I would suggest just getting rubber rings and using them it takes longer but not as dirty. You can also castrate the male but that is your decision on what you want to do the rubber rings will work for that as well if you make sure you get both testicles in there and you can get the rubber band around it.
