Ack.. no likey. I liked david tenent for the doc he just fited it so welI. I was okay with smith... but this new guy doesn't fit it at all!

I never like to say if i like a doctor or not before i see him in an episode. I think this guy might be good though, he looks like he might be like 9 and i wanted the new Doctor to be like that

You really can't judge a new Doctor until you see him in action. I'm withholding judgement until I've seen an episode or two with him, and possibly longer since it took a bit for Matt to get settled into the role.

It's going to be an interesting new season, guys!

I wish they'd stuck with a younger actor. I also think this guy played in torchwood didn't he? I could swear he was in "the children of the Earth" season 3.

I think I heard he was in Torchwood. Never saw the show myself though, so I can't tell you for sure.

I'm glad they picked someone older, actually. The young guys may be fun (and yes, pretty darn good-looking too), but the past three Doctors have been young guys. I think the change will inspire the writers to write differently, and maybe even drop the ever-present Doctor/companion romance thing.

Haha you're probably right. I just worry that it will slow down too much. I liked all the running around haha. Also you should watch torchwood it's not really like Doctor Who, but it does a good job as a spin off. I really liked matt smiths doctor and amy pond relationship. They were more like brother and sister in the end.
