My male India Blue turns 7 weeks old tomorrow. I caught him today to inspect his appearance, and discovered one small aqua blue feather on his neck. There was another greenish feather too. So, another discovery for all those new to peafowl, that maybe the very first blue neck feathers begin to appear around 7-8 weeks.
