My sweet cream colored EE is 13 weeks old and there isn't a pointy feather on her body, her comb is very small and mostly yellowish and her legs are trim and not at all thick. BUT there is one tail feather that curls over and I just hope that's not a rooster tail. Any help here? I can't bring myself to post a picture in case you all say it's a rooster for sure...... I can't keep a rooster, sadly. I know overall EE are hard to sex until they crow or lay an egg.

Awww! Post a pic.

If she's only 13 weeks old, you have a bit to go until you know for sure. Pics here will give you an idea...

Okay. Maybe I can get a picture tomorrow and post it. I want to just snip that tail feather off and pretend it never came in. Of course it's the sweetest most friendly chicken I have.... Keeping my fingers crossed.
