Does a nesting box not have to be divided?

I made a roll out 3' wide with 2 round holes with curtains in the front, no dividers and no nesting material at all. Just a very dense commercial carpet so the eggs roll out and every one lays in the box. I have seen 3 in at the same time but all 7 likely could fit if they wanted to. To make it a roll out I just sloped the floor and put a divider lengthwise about 8" from the back off the floor of box 3" for the eggs to roll under. I collect through a door outside the coop.

I do not, I will see if can take some that makes sense of it. I did not take any during the 30 minutes it took me to build it, it was super simple

I figured since i asked about it, I would post pictures of what I came up with. Only used one full sheet of plywood and a little bit of other wood I had laying around and I bought some marine vinyl cloth for the curtain.

Is the floor slanted?
Looks like a roll out design, but I don't see a slant.

Yes the floor drops about 1-1/2” from front to back and I put the plastic nest pads in the bottom with some wood chips on them for them to get used to them.
