Does a rooster's pelvic bones separate?

I have 5 roosters (don't worry I'm selling some of them) and I've noticed that my older hens' pelvic bones have begun to separate. But I do want to know if a rooster's pelvic bones do too. I know for a fact I have 5 roosters but there might be another potential rooster that is a Silkie named Dinky. Dinky is around 3- 3 1/2 months old and her pelvic bones are separating already! Does this mean she's going to be an early layer or could she be a rooster? She's awfully red too. But she doesn't have a big comb or wattles so I'm 90% sure she's a hen. Her sister's (Binky) pelvic bones aren't separating though. I hope she's an early layer because fall is approaching and I want to hatch a clutch of eggs before it gets too cold.
