Does a waterer add moisture?

Trying to winterize (as everyone else is!) and i am planning on getting a water heater. The metal heated base kind. But with all the talk of having a well ventilated coop i do wonder if having a waterer in the coop is going to add to the moisture in the air? Should the waterer stay outside?

It will add a little humidity, not much, but if you have good ventilation it shouldn't matter.
