Does any body know how to care for baby killdeer

Hi I'm new to this forum but need information on how to care for baby killdeer I've come into possession of three eggs that should hatch soon the killdeer were being tormented by a kid in my neighborhood and he was going to squish the eggs ( there were two nests the other one was crushed ) so I need some basics like feeding them I know they are born precocial and are insectivores dose any body have any suggestions that may help ?

Ugh I hope some reprimanded him. That's awful unfortunately I don't know anything about them except they're pretty. Do you have a wildlife rescue near you they may be able to assist.

I have no idea on raising baby wild birds but, I think they have to be fed extremely often. Sorry I am no help but, Welcome to Backyard chickens.

Rescue, hows it going with the babies?

Sadly only one was fertile and that baby didn't make it the little guy/gal didn't even get to dry off its feathers .
But I did find a wild life rescue near me so for the future I know we're to bring them thank you for the support
