There are many, many weird food combinations that are actually really good. I would try that because just about everything goes with peanut butter.

My great grandmother was British and she used to make us grape jelly omlettes all the time.

Potatoe chips on egg salad sandwich.....yummmmyyyyyyy and the only way to make one of those machine dispenced sandwiches edible!

A friend of my husband use to ask for mustard on his cherry pie.

Hubby and dd both have their peanut butter sandwiches with chips, cereal, crackers...without the jelly. They think it is delicious! For me, and dd (for school lunches) are the PB & J.

I love corn flakes on ice cream with a bit of cinnamon and honey.....true Mexican fried ice cream dessert!!!!!
