Does any one rent area for chickens in Mass? I am in need.

Hello, ok i am in Mass. And i am looking for a place that can rent me a spot for my roosters and hens until i can find a place to move too,that i can bring them with me.

I want to keep my roosters and hens, Some are show poultry and some are for egg production, for hatching.

I have time right now to keep them with me, But I am looking so i know where to bring them when the time comes.

And i am looking fairly close to my town so i can go and take care of them.

If any one knows of any farms or owners with property that are willing to help me out , please let me know. All is appreciated.

I don't make much money so i am also looking for good deals to help us out.

You're probably more able to find space in the western part of the state... have you tried Craigslist?

have you tried talking to a ret farmer?...where his land is leased out but he still maintian's his property? how would be willing to keep them for you?...if you want feel free to p.m me...i could probably help out with finding a place (former new englander)

Try calling local horse stables, that's where mine are.

i spoke with a firend in mass who suguested that too, i'm sure you can trade egg's for space.....creiglist list is very touch and go..i might also try freecycle with the header of "needed a place to keep my chickens for a while"..... i've seen it done on our's here...still looking for you...
