Does anybody know of this is a Roo?

Im getting worried because I have heard that the long tail feathers means it's a rooster! My polish and my araucana both have long tail feathers.

Not necessarily--it really depends on the breed. Personally, I won't worry about it till they reach maturity at about 4-10 weeks, where you can truly decipher the gender of the bird.

Animal-lover, I think it's a pullet. My pullets develop feathers faster than my roos, the long tail's a good thing at this age. When they reach maturity is when the long tail means roo :)
