Does anybody know what this is and how I can fix it?

My little brother came in from our chicken coop freaking out saying "this chicken, what in the world is wrong with her eye?!" Me and my family are not sure what is wrong. Can somebody help my sweet little chicken?

That's fowl pox transmitted by mosquitoes. Just let run it's course.

Yes, it is pox. It may last around 3-4 weeks, but she should get well soon. Since it is spread by mosquitoes, you may see more birds with scabs. Here is an article to read:
