Does anybody know why he's moving like this?

Not mareks, peafowl are much more resistant to mareks than chickens are and can be carriers for it without showing any signs of infection. I've talked to a number of people this year who did not qt their peafowl before letting them mingle and they lost quite a few chickens because of it.
Agreed peafowl can be carriers and some specific breeds of chickens are more prone to have issues. Also any exposure will likely pass it to all and can take out a flock (day one vaccinated or not). Thanks for the information.

One of the people i talked to lost all of their high end chickens to mareks brought in by the peas. Death layers, ayam cemani, copper marans, etc. Doesn't help that those breeds are very inbred here in america.
