Does anybody use this Thermostat?

I bought the same thing to put in the new incubator I am making now... It's really a good device...

deek's diagram is right on the money...

Although if I were you I'd set it on 38 c and have a 1 degree differential, so your on at 37.5 c (99.5 f) and off at 38.5 c (101.3 f)...

This is how I wired mine:

I used a 125 watt heating rope, PC fan with adaptor and some lights with switch (when checking eggs)...

Glad you got it working...

thanks. is there a limit on how high the wattage of the element can be? didn't see anything on the ebay page.

I just asked hubby your question, he said that it's a normal 110 vac, so you can do just about anything with it, the thermostat is just the switch to let the electricity through.

Hangman is right. Terminals 5 and 6 do not provide power they are just a switch rated at 10 amps (1200 watts). Wire terminals 5 and 6 into your heating circuit just like they are the terminals of a light switch.
