Does anyone else miss their baby chicks once they grow up.

All the time!

But I will admit seeing them run around foraging and playing in their pool on hot days gives me a lot of joy.

Not to mention the eggs.

This is all five of my 8 week olds on my lap. I wonder how many more times they will all fit, and want to have mom time. Sigh...

My son had 3 full-grown chickens on his lap yesterday… They saw one jump up and the rest got jealous.
