Hello all. I recently hatched a chick- rooster is a buff brahma bantam and hen is a black australorp...am very curious to see what she is going to look like!! Anyone have this cross?

No pics, but I'm betting the offspring will be a mix of gold and black, usually gold on the front mixing to black on the back end. Black collar like the buff Brahma. Pea comb and lightly feathered legs.

she is pretty much all black at this point, chest is slightly less "black" more like a dark gray, as well as around her vent (lighter gray). thanks for your input, I am excited to see her change as she grows
